2013-2014 Health Insurance can be purchased through the University and be billed to your student account. The annual cost for Health Insurance is $1,434.00 ($717.00 per semester). Students may request health insurance coverage through the Business Office. Click on form below to complete and submit your request.

The annual cost for the Chapman University student health insurance for the 2013-2014 year is $717.00 per semester plus the $122.00 Health Services Fee which allows access to the Health Center on campus.

+-Doctor of Physical Therapy Students
All Doctor of Physical Therapy students are automatically billed when enrollment is verified for student health insurance. Cost for the 2013-2014 year is $478.00 per trimester; plus the $81.00 Health Services Fee which allows access to the Health Center on campus.
