»Making a Payment

Chapman University is proud to be an eCommerce University. Monthly emails are sent to students' Chapman email account notifying them when their eBill/statement is available.  Students and authorized payers can view student accounts online using Chapman's ePay system.  Tuition payments online can be made via e-check through a regular checking or savings account. 

Other ePay options available in ePay

1. Set up Authorized Users to receive eBills and make payments.
2. Set up saved payment methods.
3. Set up refund accounts.

Newly admitted students can make to following payments online by logging into WebAdvisor.

1. Enrollment Deposit
2. Housing Deposit

Students may contact the Chapman University Service Desk for assistance with WebAdvisor log in information.

Hours of Operation
The Cashier's Office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m..  Cashier's Office can be reached at (714) 997-6838.

Payments 
Tuition payments in the form of cash, check or money order may be made at the Cashier's Office, which is located in the Bhathal Student Services Center.  Checks should be made payable to Chapman University. 

Include student name and ID number on the front of all checks.
