Your Chapman ID card provides you with more than just access—you can use your ID card for on-campus dining, purchases, printing, laundry and more.

The eAccounts portal allows cardholders to review their account and deposit funds to their Declining Balance account. Cardholders can also view transaction history and print statements for either their Declining Balance, Panther Board Bucks and or Panther Commuter Bucks accounts. Guests may only deposit funds to a cardholders' Declining Balance Account.

Features of the portal for cardholders' include:

  • Deposit funds into your Declining Balance with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
  • Check the balance on your Declining Balance, Panther Board Bucks and Panther Commuter Bucks.
  • View transaction history on your Declining Balance, Panther Board Bucks, or Panther Commuter Bucks. Please note, offline transactions will not appear immediately.
  • View or download monthly statements for your Declining Balance, Panther Board Bucks, or Panther Commuter Bucks.
  • Deactivate a lost or stolen Chapman ID card and the ability to reactivate the same card if it is located before you replace it.
  • There is a minimum deposit amount of $10 and a maximum deposit amount of $1,000. Your campus card accounts have a maximum allowable balance of $2,000. If any of your accounts exceed the maximum allowable balance, any excess funds over $2,000 will be refunded.

Features of the portal for Guests include:

  • Allows for guests to make deposits into a cardholders' Declining Balance account.
  • There is a minimum deposit amount of $10 and a maximum deposit amount of $1,000.00. Campus card accounts have a maximum allowable balance of $2,000. If any of the cardholder accounts exceed the maximum allowable balance, any excess funds over $2,000 will be refunded.
