Courses of Excellence is an invite-only program that puts students in a fine dining experience alongside executives and professionals from major companies and corporations. This event is held on campus in the Sandhu Conference Center at the Chef's Table in Randall Dining Commons. It includes an open discussion with the professional guest and a multiple-course meal designed by culinary experts.
If fine dining and proper etiquette aren't exactly easy as pie for you, no need to worry because Candace Smith has excellent tips for all to be prepared for professional dining experiences.
