Faculty members are essential in facilitating career and graduate school success for students. The Career Development Center works closely with faculty to help encourage professional growth in our students. This section is designed to help faculty access information so that they can better inform their students on the services available to them through the Career Development Center.

Make a Referral to the CDC
Referring students to the Career Development Center is important for numerous reasons, the most important of which is the growth of the student. Our department has a constant flow of opportunities for students. We greatly appreciate the invaluable support of the Chapman faculty in encouraging students to attend our events and take advantage of the resources we offer.
Requesting a short workshop for your classroom is a great option for helping connect your students to our resources. We can build a customized presentation for your class for any amount of time and for any of the services the Career Development Center provides.
Being a faculty volunteer involves peer mentoring, being present and/or helping at events, and being directly connected with the resources and opportunities at the Career Development Center. Students feel comfortable seeing their instructors involved in extracurricular events and are more apt to take part in programs and events with which their instructors are affiliated. Please fill out the form below if you are interested in volunteering and/or receiving information about our resources and events.
