Ever wanted to try a fitness class like yoga, kickboxing, or zumba, but never had the chance? The Student Union offers free fitness sessions 5 times a week! Grab your friends and come get fit with the Union!

Mondays

7:00 p.m. - Zumba

8:15 p.m. - Bootcamp  

Tuesdays

7:00 p.m. - Yoga 

Wednesdays

7:00 p.m. - Kickboxing

8:15 p.m. - Yoga 

Fill out the Waiver in advance!

+-Guidelines

 Guidelines:

- Check-in closes 10 minutes after the beginning of each sessions. - Chapman waiver required
- Chapman students only.
- Chapman ID required.
- We suggest all guests bring a water bottle and towel.

Attire Guidelines:

- Athletic attire required. No jeans.
- Athletic shoes must be worn and can only be taken off with Fitness Session Leader approval.
- We recommend guests avoid wearing baggy clothing.
