Ever wanted to try a fitness class like Yoga, Kickboxing, Zumba, or Tabata, but never actually went? The Student Union is offering free fitness sessions 7 times a week! Grab your friends and Get Fit with the Union!

Mondays

7 p.m. - Zumba

8 p.m. - Yoga

Wednesdays

7:30 p.m. - Tabata

8 p.m. - Kickboxing

Thursdays

7 p.m. - Yoga

8 p.m. - Barre

Saturdays

11 a.m. - Zumba

Zumba

Enerji Zumba brings together a combination of Latin music and top-40 into a one-hour dance party of burning calories and body fat.

Kickboxing

Enerji Kickboxing combines heavy-bag boxing drills, body weight strength exercises, and high intensity core strengthening for cardiovascular endurance and leaner, stronger muscles.

Yoga

Enerji Yoga is a one-hour power vinyasa flow designed to increase flexibility, burn calories, improve focus, and relieve stress.

Barre

Enerji Barre is a high-energy cardio workout. It includes ballet-inspired leg toning work on the barre, pilates-style core work on the mats, and upper body toning using light hand weights.

Tabata

Enerji Tabata is a 25-minute high intensity interval training workout with a bit more spice. Instead of hours upon hours of exercise, Tabata can be completed in 25 minutes, burning more calories than an hour-long run.
