What should people expect when going to one of your sessions: A lot of fun and a great workout, you don’t need to know how to dance. Just show up and you’ll have a great time.

What’s the most difficult workout you’ve ever done: The most difficult workout I’ve done is one the the longer and more intense basketball workouts I did in high school. Those practices pushed me to my physical limits.

Vivian Vu

Fitness Session: Kickboxing

Year: Junior

Major: Television & Broadcast Journalism

How long have you been practicing: 3 years

What should people expect when going to one of your sessions: When people attend one of my sessions, they should expect high intensity interval training. Bootcamp like moves mixed with kickboxing, loud upbeat and current music, me yelling motivating things, and lots of sweat.

What’s the most difficult workout you’ve ever done: The most difficult workout that I’ve ever done is Barre. I love high intensity workouts and barre kicked my butt! Barre toned up my muscles with cardio and I’m not super coordinated. I’m sticking to kickboxing.
