Enerji Zumba brings together a combination of Latin music and top-40 into a one-hour dance party of burning calories and body fat.
Enerji Kickboxing combines heavy-bag boxing drills, body weight strength exercises, and high intensity core strengthening for cardiovascular endurance and leaner, stronger muscles.
Enerji Yoga is a one-hour power vinyasa flow designed to increase flexibility, burn calories, improve focus, and relieve stress.
Enerji Barre is a high-energy cardio workout. It includes ballet-inspired leg toning work on the barre, pilates-style core work on the mats, and upper body toning using light hand weights.
Enerji Tabata is a 25-minute high intensity interval training workout with a bit more spice. Instead of hours upon hours of exercise, Tabata can be completed in 25 minutes, burning more calories than an hour-long run.
