As SGA President, Chris represents the student voice and advocates for student needs to administrators, senior staff, and other members of the Chapman community. He oversees the Executive Council and ensures the quality and effectives of SGA as a whole.
Chris is a Political Science & Psychology major with a minor in English from Cerritos, California.
Chris is a past Resident Advisor, past Vice President of Communications for Residence Hall Association, Summer Resident Advisor; Past At-Large Senator, past Vice President; Chapman Ambassador; Delta Tau Delta Fraternity member
"I joined SGA because I wanted a genuine relationship between students and their governing body. I knew that by joining SGA I would be able to help facilitate positive change and make an impact that would have a lasting effect on everyone. We’re a small school, and as a result we have the advantage of being able to have better representation for the students. SGA is an open door, but not everyone knows that. I want to make sure they know."

As SGA Vice President, Jenny advocates for the student body along with the SGA President. She maintains communication between Executive Council and the Senate by working closely with Speaker of Senate and oversees the Constitutional Review Committee.
Jenny is a Chemistry & Environmental Science and Policy double major from Thousand Oaks, California.
Jenny is a Sustainability Intern for Facilities Management, Student Representative of Sustainability Committee, Vice President of American Chemical Society, Co-Vice President of Mission Environment, and a member of Mortar Board Senior Honors Society. She is also an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Lab Manager in the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences.
“I believe Vice President has the responsibility of working alongside and supporting initiatives of the President, while upholding leadership in their own initiatives to improve the Chapman student experience. I joined SGA to address ongoing issues regarding academics, diversity, and sustainability, and to further communicate the importance of SGA to the student body.”

As the Director of Public Relations, Ashley oversees all communication matters involving SGA including website maintenance, contact with senators, the student body, and other departments on campus.
Ashley is a Public Relations and Advertising major with a Business Administration and Law, Justice and Social Control double minor from Redwood City, California.
Ashley is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, Co-Chair of Senior Legacy, Chair of Sodexo Student Board of Directors and Director of Jewish Life for Chapman Hillel. She also is a Civic Engagement Initiative for Student Engagement and SID assistant in the Athletic department.

Director of Finance
Class of 2016
As the director of finance, John oversees the finances of all SGA funds. He serves as an ex-officio member of the Senate Allocations Committee, updates and maintains all SGA funds, and processes check requests from campus clubs and organizations.
John is an Accounting and Business Administration Double major with two emphases in Finance and Real Estate from Riverside, California.
Office hours are Monday 4 - 6 p.m. and Thursdays 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
