Welcome to the year-long Chapman Fitness Challenge (CFC)! The CFC is a semester-long program that consists of a Personal Challenge and three, three week long mini challenges. It is meant to motivate Chapman students to develop and maintain healthy habits and to increase students' connections to the university. We are excited to work with you on achieving a healthier lifestyle!
A Personal Challenge is a significant personal goal related to health and wellness, whether it be weight loss, completing a race, or healthy lifestyle changes. All Personal Challenges should be completed by the end of the CFC (December 13, 2015).
The CFC consists of three, three-week mini challenges. At the end of each challenge, participants who have earned a set amount of points will be entered into a prize drawing. 20 participants will win a smaller prize at the end of each challenge while 1 participant will win a larger prize.

Tracking points has been made easier with the iAct website (chapman.iact.com)! Login to your account daily and simply select the activities you have completed. All points must be submitted by the Monday following the last day of each challenge by 5:00 pm.
The participants with the top 30 scores as of December 13, 2015 will be eligible for the overall prizes at the end of the semester.Gold Prizes
