Chapman University’s community provides a wide range of clubs and organizations for all kinds of students. Many of these, whether language or culturally based, environmentally driven or charity motivated, are categorized under Cross-Cultural Engagement and provide an outlet for student involvement.
+-Join an Organization
To learn and join a club that explores different avenues of diversity and equity, visit Chapman’s student involvement portal, Orgsync.
Orgsync is a portal specifically for the Chapman organizations to display all group information from their mission statements to meetings times.
- In the categories section, you can search active organizations in the RSO-Ethnic/Cultural/Social Justice category.
- To join, log onto your Orgsync account. If you do not have one, you can easily create one by using your Chapman email account through the Log In Tab on Orgsync Homepage.
+-Diversity and Cultural President's Council
Presidents Council Meetings are avenues for all organizations to come together. Organizations can also gain valuable knowledge regarding leadership, retention and recruitment of members. Also, organizations can learn about each other and collaborate. Diversity & Cultural Presidents Council essentially welcomes every president from each D&C club (or another officer as a substitute) coming together with the Student Organization Assistant and the Graduate Assistant every other Friday to better prepare them for their leadership roles within their organizations and in the D&C Community.
Contact the D&C Council Advisor Christian Flashman at firstname.lastname@example.org.
