1. Contact Us
Begin with contacting Kelsey Compton in the Department of Student & Campus Life, at kcompton@chapman.edu or the Student Organization Assistants at studentorgs@chapman.edu to find out more information about the recognition process.
2. Set Up Meeting
At the first meeting, we will discuss your club’s:
- mission/goals
- proposed activities
- unique contributions to Chapman University
You will also be required to submit a club constitution (see a template of a sample constitution) and if your club is high-risk, additional paperwork may be required for the Risk Management Office.
3. Register Club
You will be given instructions on how to use the online student organization registration system, which you will use to complete your official registration form and OrgSync portal site.
