- Students may receive up to 1 hour of individual tutoring per week for each course
- Students must be willing to take an active stance in improving his/her grade
- Students are expected to arrive to their appointments on time or call their tutor if they need to cancel or arrive late to an appointment; failure to show up for appointments on two separate occasions may result in the loss of tutoring privileges
- Students must attempt all homework before they meet with their tutor; tutors are unable to work through students homework with them
- Students are expected to come to the appointments prepared will all necessary material including paper, pencil, text, and homework that has been attempted
- Students must come with specific questions and problems in mind; tutors are not expected to cover material which has not been read
- Students are expected to attend class regularly; tutors are not expected to cover material missed in class
