The primary goal of the Freshman Foundations Course (FFC 100) is your introduction to university-level critical inquiry. All FFC sections, regardless of specific topic, engage you in the intellectual life of the academy and give you experience with critical inquiry in discussion and written form.
All new freshmen are required to take a Freshman Foundation Course (FFC 100) in their first semester of enrollment.
This is how Freshman Foundations appears on your program evaluation:

New Students Entering Fall 2013: Students are no longer required to complete any FFC preference online survey. Instead, students will need to enroll themselves in a section of FFC 100 as they register for their fall 2013 classes.
Students who have completed at least one full-time semester at a 4-year institution, or at least 15 credits at a community college will be waived from the FFC requirement. NOTE: College courses taken while in high school (concurrent enrollment) do not apply to the FFC waiver.
