New Faculty
Application for New Faculty Transitional Housing Program: This form is for new faculty to the university who would like to participate in the New Faculty Transitional Housing Program.

Residence Living License Agreement (RLLA) for Faculty/Staff: This is the financially binding agreement between the resident and the university. Once this document is signed, the resident is bound to their university house for the term of the RLLA.

Continuing Staff/Faculty
Waitlist Application for University Houses: For staff and faculty members who are already established with the university, this form may be completed to be added to the waitlist for university houses. Please note that priority for the university houses is given to students above staff and faculty.
