MOVING IN FOR FALL 2009

Check-in Procedure

Prior to check-in, all resudents must electronically "sign" the Residence Living License Agreement (RLLA) that is available as a part of each students application on the Chapman Housing Portal.

Check-in for new incoming residents will be Tuesday, August 25, 2009 while returning students will check-in on Friday, August 28, 2009. All students should go to their hall lobby area to check-in. Specific check-in times will be included in an email sent to all resident's Chapman email address between August 7-11 2009.

During the check-in process, Residence life staff members will assist you with the necessary paperwork, then provide you with a room key or access to your room with your Chapman ID card (depending on the building to which you are assigned). After you complete the check-in process, you will be able to move your belongings into your room.
