Burglary – Lewd Conduct
DATE & TIME OF OCCURRENCE: October 31, 2008 at approximately 6:00 AM
LOCATION: 400 block of E. Sycamore Ave (Non University Residence)
REPORTED OFFENSE: Victim woke up and discovered a male suspect standing next to her bed masturbating. Victim Screamed and suspect left location and fled on stolen bicycle East bound Sycamore.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: (provided by complainants): Male, dark skin; possibly Black or Hispanic; 5’7”; Medium Build; Black Ski Mask; Black Knit Sweater; Gray suit pants; Dark Shoes
WEAPON USED: None Seen
SUSPECT VEHICLE: Bicycle; Black Beach Cruiser with “Stingray” painted on the frame; Rusted Chai

REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - Criminals do not want to be seen or heard. For that reason they rarely commit crime in front of law enforcement officers. We rely on the community to contact us when suspicious persons or activities occur. We would much rather respond and not be needed than to not be called when something could have been prevented. Trust your instincts; if something does not feel right, it probably isn’t.
