Coffee and Dessert Social
Oct. 4
New parent volunteers are invited to a Coffee and Dessert Social hosted by the Parent Council at 7:30 p.m. in the Stegemeier Rotunda Reading Room in the Leatherby Libraries. Come say hello, get acquainted with current volunteers and learn about upcoming opportunities. Register your attendance now. Fall Welcome Meeting

The Fall meeting of the Chapman Parents Council will be held on Saturday, Oct. 4 from noon - 1:15 in Argyros Forum 202. This is one of many activities during Family Weekend, so come meet other Chapman parents, get involved and don't miss out on all that Chapman has to offer.

Family Weekend
October 3rd-5th
Chapman's Family Weekend is full of exciting events for families such as the Parents Reception with President Doti, Picnic and Pops Concert, 3rd annual 5K run, Dialogue with the Deans, Fall Parents Council Meeting, Pre-game dinner and Pep-Rally, Homecoming Football game, many opportunities to view student projects and productions, and much more! This is a great opportunity for parents to come visit their student on-campus and take part in the weekend's festivities. Be among the first to sit in the new Ernie Chapman Stadium in the Lastinger Athletics Complex. Check back for more information and registration.

27th Annual American Celebration
October 31-November 1
American Celebration is an original, live song-and-dance extravaganza produced by Chapman's award-winning students, faculty and alumni.  In the past 26 years, the American Celebration Opening Night (Oct. 31) and Black-Tie Gala (Nov. 1) combined have netted more than $13 million for student scholarships, becoming one of Chapman's largest fundraising events.
