Biography

Tony Spiridakis is truly a jack of all industry trades, having worked as a writer, director, producer, and actor. His credits include The Last Word, Tinseltown, Noise, Queen’s Logic, and performing on such television shows as L.A. Law, House M.D., and a leading role in the ensemble drama, Bay City Blues.

"Having an idea, writing it, then banging on doors ‘til it got made was my memorable experience; first film, first directing gig, first cut, first screening, drive us to work harder, to insure there are more memorable experiences to come," says Spiridakis. “I love reviewing all aspects of filmmaking and teaching helps to remind both me and my students what the process is all about. It’s also important (and a privilege) to do my part to help the next wave of filmmakers get to work.”
