Biography

Stewart Albertson is an adjunct professor who teaches Wills and Trusts. Mr. Albertson joined the United States Army after completing high school. After finishing basic training, advanced training, and airborne school, Mr. Albertson was assigned to the 2nd Infantry Division in South Korea, Camp Casey, where he spent one year soldiering near the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). After completing his tour in South Korea, Mr. Albertson was assigned to the U.S. Army’s elite 82nd Airborne Division where he served as a paratrooper for over two years. When Mr Albertson completed his commitment to the U.S. Army, he attended law school and received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law and his masters in tax law (LL.M.) from the Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to law school, Mr. Albertson earned his B.S. from Southwestern Adventist University.

Mr. Albertson is a named partner with the California firm of Albertson & Davidson, LLP, where he practices in the areas of trust, estate and probate litigation and general civil litigation, and he is a member of both the Louisiana State Bar and the California State Bar.
