Prior to joining the faculty, Mr. Morrow was in private practice in Los Angeles and Orange County for 18 years, representing clients principally in matters of taxation, venture capital, and corporate law. For much of this time he served as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University Law School and as director of that school's LL.M. tax program in Los Angeles, lectured on Partnership Taxation at Loyola Law School, and has taught at Chapman University Fowler School of Law as an adjunct professor in its J.D. and LL.M. Taxation programs since 2004. He also serves as an advisor for an online graduate tax program in th edevelopment of its tax curriculum. Mr. Morrow received his law degree from The American University, Washington College of Law and has an LL.M. in Taxation,with honors, from Golden Gate University Law School.
