- Biography
- Professor Marchegiani serves as Director, Business
Affairs for NBCUniversal, where he negotiates high value TV talent and
rights deals for Bravo, Oxygen, and Style Media. Previously, Professor
Marchegiani worked as Senior Counsel, Legal
Affairs for NBC’s TV contracts group and as a litigation associate in
the San Francisco offices of Morrison & Foerster and Orrick, where
he focused on securities, white collar, IP, and commercial litigation.
Professor Marchegiani recently taught a course
on Entertainment Law: TV & Film at U.C. Berkeley School of Law
(Boalt Hall), and is a frequent moderator, panelist, and guest lecturer
at conferences and bar associations throughout the country. Professor
Marchegiani holds a J.D. from Berkeley School of Law
(Boalt Hall), and both a B.A. in History and a B.Mus. in Voice &
Opera from Northwestern University.
