Keith A. Davidson is an adjunct professor who teaches Wills and Trusts. Mr. Davidson is also a named partner with the firm of Albertson & Davidson, LLP, where he practices in the areas of trust, estate and probate litigation, estate planning, business law and general civil litigation. Mr. Davidson is a member of the California State Bar.

Mr. Davidson graduated Cum Laude from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was the Note and Comment Editor for the Loyola International and Comparative Law Review. He has extensive experience handling complex cases for clients at nationally recognized law firms in Los Angeles and Orange County, including Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP; and Sonnenschein, Nath, & Rosenthal, LLP (now known as SNR Denton). 

Mr. Davidson’s hobbies include gardening and landscaping, spending time with his wife and two sons, reading, baseball, and finding ways to incorporate alternative energy into his personal and business life.  He is a proponent of solar energy and alternative fuel vehicles, including electric cars.
