John G. Stupar

In addition to having taught several thousand employees the practical aspects of "Ethics in the Workplace" over a period of some 15 years starting with the Aerospace Industry here is an overview of John's background.
Before entering the academic profession John worked 20 years in Telecommunications and Aerospace being employed with the AT&T Bell System, GTE International, and the Hughes Aircraft Co. Some of his position titles were: Engineer, Supervising Engineer, Project Engineer, Training Instructor, Training Director, Senior Project Engineering Manager, and Program Manager.
He has earned the following degrees: Bachelor of Engineering Science in Physics, a Masters in Communications, an Executive MBA from Claremont and has worked extensively toward a Ph.D. in Applied Ethics. He has also earned University Certificates in Teaching Business Ethics and in Conflict Mediation, as a Certified California State Mediator.
John is married and he and his wife Melody have four married children and ten grandchildren. They live in the city of Westminster where John serves as a City Commissioner. John is also the President of the Board of the UCI Interfaith Foundation which provides a free and open Center for all faiths to be practiced on the UCI campus.
John is also the Director of the Ethics Institute which helps answer questions about ethics and ethical dilemmas in the workplace or for help in Conflict Mediation.
