Biography

Dorcas Tominaga, PT, is the Director of Clinical Education and an Assistant Professor for the Department of Physical Therapy since 1994.  She received her DPT from Western University (2006), MS in Physical Therapy from USC (1982) and a BS in Kinesiology from UCLA (1979).  Her experiences include positions as a physical therapist, clinical instructor, clinical coordinator of clinical education, academic coordinator of clinical education for both PT and PTA programs, an inpatient manager and outpatient supervisor.  She has provided clinical instructor training through APTA since 1997.  Her research focus involves clinical education in physical therapy.
