Bradley Hertz is an adjunct professor who teaches Election Law and Civil Procedure, and is also a partner with The Sutton Law Firm. 

Over the last 20 years, Mr. Hertz has handled numerous high-profile litigation matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts involving initiatives and referenda, recalls, ballot access, election contests, voter information pamphlets, campaign finance, and the First Amendment. He has also represented numerous clients in Federal Election Commission, Fair Political Practices Commission and local enforcement agency actions. He also serves as a member of the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation panel. A graduate of Brown University and Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Hertz joined the Sutton Law Firm after working at Reed & Davidson and Buchalter Nemer.

Before practicing law, Mr. Hertz served as a delegate to a national Presidential Convention and as a statewide communications director for a Presidential campaign, and was an aide to a United States Senator. He is a Past President of the California Political Attorneys Association and a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Southern California Mediation Association, and the Government Affairs Committee of the Valley Industry & Commerce Association.
