- Biography
Astrid Sheil is an adjunct professor of Business Communication in Argyros School of Business and Economics. She is the author of Dynamic Public Relations: The 24/7 PR Cycle, a digital textbook published by Pearson (2012). Previously, Sheil was the director of public relations, human resources and communications for two Fortune 500 companies and a global chemical company based in Helsinki, Finland. A graduate of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, Sheil holds a B.S. in International Relations, a M.S. in Communication Studies, and a PhD in Organizational Communication from the University of Tennessee.
