- Biography
- Angela Tumini is currently a Professor of Italian Studies at Chapman University in California. Her professional career includes positions as assistant professor of Italian at Emory University, Skidmore College, as well as head of the Italian Program at the University of Mississippi. She obtained a Ph.D. in Italian Literature at the University of Oxford, England in 2002 and has published a book, and several articles on Italian Literature & Cinema. In addition to her scholarly work, Dr. Tumini has created successful Study Abroad courses for the various institutions in which she has been teaching, including a Summer program for the University of Mississippi, and has been working in close cooperation with Umbra Institute in Perugia , Italy, where she is also a member of the current Advisory Board.
