Immigration Law Society

The CILS is dedicated to:

  • Advancing Professionalism and Education: The CILS is comprised of law students who are committed to the advancement of legal professionalism. It brings together law students who are interested in understanding the history and future of Immigration policy in the United States and the advancement of their own education, specifically geared towards policy changes, proposed legislation and the practice of Immigration law.
  • Advancing Career Opportunities: The CILS is a network of law students committed to helping each other succeed. It is a local chapter within which members can seek career advancement assistance, network with professionals and form relationships with other professionals in the field of Immigration.
