Associated Students AS is Chapman's student government. |
Academic Advising Center The AAC can assist students with interpreting their program evaluation and selecting courses. We are also the primary advisors for undeclared students. |
Financial Aid If you are receiving loans, complete loan counseling and the master promissory note, if applicable. |

Transcripts, IGETC/CSU Certification and AP/IB test scores All transfer students are required to submit final, offical transcripts to the Admissions Office by July 31. California Community College students should also include their IGETC or CSU certification (if applicable). If you have AP or IB scores from high school, you must submit official scores to the Admissions Office. |
ID Card Apply for your student ID card ahead of time by emailing your picture in JPEG format along with your full name and student ID number to cardoffice@chapman.edu. For assistance, call Telecommunications at (714) 744-7011. |
Student Employment This office provides information and assistance to students who are seeking part-time, on-campus job opportunities. |
WebAdvisor and Registration After receiving advising (either in-person or online) you will utilize WebAdvisor to register for courses. |
