Facilities Management quarterly inspects all Chapman University classrooms. The inspections are performed through scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) work orders to identify any repairs or classroom maintenance needs that may be required. Follow-up corrective PM work orders are issued to correct any deficiencies discovered during the inspection of the classrooms.
