On this application you will need to include:
- Personal Information
- Statement of Intent
- Resume
- 2 Letters of Recommendation
- Supplemental Materials (listed by program)
You also need to send in an official copy of your degree granting undergraduate transcript. This should be mailed to:

If you are an international student you will also have to submit additional information. Please the Admissions website for more information.
Please note that no information or items should be sent to Dodge College. All items must be submitted online or to the Office of Graduate Admissions. Anything sent to Dodge College will not be reviewed.
