See below for more information on each mode of transportation:

 

Airline Transportation

i.e. Flying in speakers or performers     

University Vans

i.e. Transporting participants to a service location site or providing parking to campus transportation service

Buses

i.e. Transporting a group to a retreat venue or bringing in guests to Chapman

Carpooling

i.e. Driving yourself and others to an off-site event

Transportation Tips:

  • When required, waivers should be signed by all participants before departing on a trip.
  • Always bring your own copy of the directions to and from the destination
  • Confirm whether tip is included in the price or if it will need to be paid on the day of travel. 
  • Keep Public Safety’s phone number (714) 997-6763 in your cell phone to report any accidents involving University members or vehicles.
