To schedule any on-campus space:

  • Review the Chapman University Facility Scheduling Policies & Procedures.

  • Request your event through 25Live using your organization's individual log-in and username at least one week in advance.

    • Reference Section 1 to see how far in advance your event needs to be scheduled.

    • Additional meetings & approvals may be required to reserve certain facilities such as: Lastinger Athletics Complex (Allred Aquatic Center, Wilson Field, Hutton Sports Center), Memorial Hall Auditorium, Knott Studios, Attallah Piazza, Kennedy Hall (Law School), Fish Interfaith Center and Wallace All Faiths Chapel, Leatherby Libraries, Residence Hall Facilities, and the Conservatory of Music.

    • Reference Section 2 to see which buildings and facilities on campus are NOT wheelchair accessible.

  • Student Organizations: a Student Organization Assistant will approve your event within 36 hours.

  • The Scheduling Office will then have the event request, and will contact you by e-mail with approval/disapproval of your event.

  • You must email the Event Scheduling Office at eventscheduling@chapman.edu to cancel an event. The email must come from the event requestor or the holder of the 25Live log-in information.

**Note: Requestors are cautioned to avoid publication or announcement of the event or signing contracts/agreements with outside vendors prior to receiving the confirmation.
