»27. Photo Consent

All event photos and videos that will be used for public purposes (websites, brochures) must be accompanied by corresponding consent forms from all individuals in the photo.  These approvals prevent personal images from being taken & used in situations where individuals wish to remain private or anonymous.  By obtaining consent, your department, organization, and the University are authorized to use the individual’s image. 

All photos to be used for public marketing purposes must be stored/saved with:

  1. Individual names of all recognizable individuals in the photo
  2. Date photo was taken
  3. Corresponding Photo Consent and Release Forms
