Before planning events which involve serving alcoholic beverages, contact the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Dean of Students to review alcohol policies and requirements for security, guidelines & procedures, details for purchasing, the day of the event, etc.
All on-campus events involving alcohol will be handled by Sodexo, who holds the alcohol license for campus. Sodexo must also cater events held on campus that include food and/or beverages unless an exception is approved by the Sodexo staff.
