NeXus Journal presents "Judicial Activism: Same Sex Marriage and the Aftermath of Proposition 8." The half-day symposium will include two panels of speakers who will present information from articles that will be published in NeXus Journal in May/June 2009.

Panel 1: “Are Courts Entering Into the Political Policymaking Arena?” with panelists Paul R. Baier, Micheal Vitiello, Stephen Bates and Daniel O. Conkle.

Panel 2: “Same-Sex Marriage and the Aftermath of California’s Proposition 8” with panelists Katherine Darmer, Jeff A. Redding, Lynn D. Wardle, Robin F. Wilson.
