Admission to Chapman's Orange campus undergraduate program becomes more competitive each year. During the past five years, the number of applications for undergraduate admission has increased over 150%. The number of applicants continues to increase each year, while the size of our incoming class will remain about 1,070 (750 new freshmen and 320 transfer students).

The average GPA and SAT score of new freshmen are at record levels. An estimated 96% of these freshmen are in the top 25% of their high school class.
