»Chapman University Interest Disclosure Statement

All students enrolling at Chapman University are required to sign the Interest Disclosure Statement annually with the Student Business Services Office.

This document informs the student of the monthly interest calculation on student accounts and provides an example of how interest is calculated.

It also outlines the payment due dates for each semester if the student chooses to pay their tuition and fees using the University Payment Plan. This form must be signed annually and returned to the Business Office.
