A support service in the Office of the Chancellor, The Office of Faculty Affairs is specifically designed to provide communication with faculty, policy clarity, faculty records management, search and evaluation protocols, and faculty governance support. The OFA provides workshops, information sharing, training, search committee support, faculty records management, and peer and administrative evaluation coordination. Faculty members are welcome to review their academic files in the OFA, or to request clarification of the Faculty Manual or academic policies. We can also help with general questions and connecting you to available resources on campus to better assist you.
