The Chapman Next Step Social Justice Retreat is an annual event that occurs every February. Next Step gives students a forum to develop knowledge and skills to become better change agents, leaders and activists in regard to diversity, equity, power, privilege, prejudice and discrimination.

Discuss identity in a community of support! Stonewall is for LGBTQI students and those who are questioning their sexual and/or gender identities. Sisterhood Circle is for students who identify as women of color. B.A.M. is for students who identify as biracial and multiracial. QPOC is for people who identify as both queer and as people of color.
