The Chapman Fitness Challenge (CFC) is a year-long program meant to inspire the Chapman community to form healthy habits and to build an environment that embraces fitness and wellness. The CFC strives to motivate individuals to make effective personal decisions about their health and fitness both now, and in the future.

Your health is a mixture of your physical, mental, spiritual, and social well-being, and it needs to be developed just like any other area of your life.

Did you know that exercise melts away stress, boosts brainpower, and lets you eat more? Whether through gym workouts, group fitness sessions, or recreational sports, exercise is key to being healthy.
personal icon Personal Challenge »
Setting goals is an important part of achieving results. The CFC asks you to define your outcomes for this year-long Challenge, whether that be through weight loss, a race, or healthy lifestyle choices. Your individualized year-long challenge is based on your personal goal!

How to Complete the Chapman Fitness Challenge

Simply sign-up through the link below and then get active! You’ll participate in on- and off-campus approved CFC activities and make progress towards your Personal Challenge! Stay on track with exciting events by viewing the CFC Calendar

We believe rewards are a great motivator, so each Chapman community member who completes the Challenge will receive prizes at the end of the year! Bronze, silver, or gold — your level of participation is up to you! In our focused goal of making the Chapman community healthy — mind, body, and soul — the three participation levels below lead to different levels of reward. 

Complete the Challenge by May 2014. Strive to reach your personal ‘best level’ in your fitness and wellness:
