The Chapman Fitness Challenge is a year-long program that will consist of personal challenges throughout a semester that promotes a healthy body, mind and soul. It will motivate all Chapman students to develop and maintain healthy habits and to increase student’s connections to the University.
Once signed up, the program is run through individual participation and rewarded by active involvement giving anyone the chance to win big prizes. We strive to make this about YOU and your own challenge to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

The 2016 Chapman Fitness Challenge welcomes all students to participate in creating a healthier lifestyle. There will be 120 winners for the spring challenge. Prizes such as Disneyland passes, movie tickets, adventure trips, technology devices, Beats headphones and Chapman gear will be given away to participants who complete the goals.
Signing-up and tracking your activity is easy and efficient. Simply log your activity and eating, and you'll receive points for the day. The points add up and give you a better chance to complete the goal. Each mini-challenge lasts three weeks and offers a wide variety of objectives.
