»Fitness Challenge Credits

How Credits Work

Once a credit is completed, the participant will log onto OrgSync and fill out the form that correlates with the correct component — Fitness or Health — and submit it for review.

At least 3 out of the 5 Fitness Activities must be completed on campus in a Chapman event, for the 5-5-1 plan. At least 4 must be completed on campus for the 7-7-1 plan, and at least 5 for the 10-10-1 plan. At least 3 different events are needed to gather all necessary credits for the desired plan.

For the events that require a certain amount of hours to be completed, such as swimming or jogging, participants will complete a workout log to log the hours they need. Workout logs are in the Fitness Center and also available for download on OrgSync. When the credit requirement is completed, the participant will scan in their workout log and fill out the corresponding form on OrgSync.

Free climb at any time that is convenient for you, for at least 5 total hours  (fill out personal workout log)
