1. Submit a Proposal

1. Submit a Proposal

Submit a proposal using our OrgSync form. You will need the following information to complete this form:

  • Your club’s mission/goals, proposed activities, and unique contributions to Chapman University
  • The contact information for a Chapman employed faculty or professional staff member (not a student) who has agreed to serve as your advisor
  • Your club's constitution (a template is available here for your reference)
  • An idea of which category your club fits with best (a chart is available here to guide your identification)

Please note that each organization proposal is different and the process of starting a student organization will be dependent on your club's purpose, proposed activities, and responsiveness to our questions.
