Get Assistance with your Service-Learning Course
Civic Engagement has partnerships with over 60 local public service agencies. We can help connect faculty and their students to one-time or ongoing civic engagement opportunities for applicable course requirements. Email Justin Koppelman, Asst. Director for Civic Engagement Initiatives, for assistance.
Serve as an Alternative Break Trip Advisor
Trip Advisors support the development of students’ civic identity and efficacy by sharing experience with, providing insight about, and encouraging deliberation on economic, environmental, and socio-political issues. Trip Advisors take part in a week-long service and immersion experience alongside students during spring and summer breaks.
Participate in the Chapman Day of Service
The Chapman Day of Service is a community-wide event — don’t miss out on this great opportunity to work with other members of the Chapman family to address immediate needs in our local community!
Apply for a TGIF Grant
The Green Initiative Fund is an opportunity for faculty, staff and students to take an active role in supporting campus sustainability. TGIF grants provide needed funding to support new efforts to enhance Chapman's sustainability performance.
