About:

Margaret Jenkins is in-house counsel for QSC Audio Products, LLC. Her practice focuses on understanding and problem solving the underlying business need while addressing the international and domestic legal issues, including intellectual property, e-commerce, sales and distribution, anti-trust, contracts, and human resources. Ms. Jenkins earned a B.S. in Business Management, Magna Cum Laude from Cal State Bakersfield and received honors as the top business management student in her class. She attended Whittier Law School, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and in the top 4% of her class, with a focus on International and Comparative Law and then received an LL.M. in Taxation from Chapman University.

From 1995 to 1998, Scott was based in Hong Kong as Grant Thorton International's Asia pacific Technical Director and Liaison Partner.  During this assignment, Scott traveled extensively throughout the 15-country Asia-pacific divisions, including India, China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.  He continues to be active in the international community, serving a number of clients with foreign operations and attending Grant Thronton's International conferences.  Scott is also the Director of the firms' Southern California International Business Center.
