Learn How to Buy, Sell, and Invest in Real Estate

The Southern California Home Fair is a community event designed to provide home owners, home buyers, renters, and seasoned investors with free, personalized and comprehensive information from some of the leading experts in real estate. Attendees can choose from over 25 classes, offered in four sessions, on a variety of relevant topics including: buying your first home, creating dynamic real estate investment strategies, maximizing the value of your home, and much more.

+-HUD Certified First Time Home Buyer Class

NeighborWorks® Orange County’s HomeOwnership Center offers the most comprehensive homebuyer education and counseling programs in Orange County. Homebuyer Education and Counseling is a big part of what the HomeOwnership Center is all about. “Knowledge is power” and prospective homebuyers learn about the home buying process and the responsibilities of homeownership. Our education workshops include Homebuyer Orientation and Homebuyer Education which are complemented with personalized individual counseling. All homeownership education courses are HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac approved and taught in a classroom setting by certified housing counselors and experienced housing professionals.

Attendees who complete the day-long class will receive a certification of completion in a HUD-Approved Home Buyer Education Program.
