The Chapman University IS&T Service Desk provides an in-depth resource to facilitate an efficient resolution to computing problems in a friendly, approachable manner.
As IT professionals, we continually strive to educate our customers and ourselves in order to deliver a quality computing environment.
The Chapman IS&T Service Desk provides telephone support to faculty, staff and students. We also provide walk-in service for students to receive help with connectivity from the internet to Chapman's network and web services. Also, we offer a fee-based carry-in repair service to provide support on personally owned student computers.
The service desk and Computer Lab support for students is located on the 1st floor of the Leatherby Library and in the Panther Digital Den (AF302).
Please note: At the Leatherby Library Service Desk a full-time service desk staff will not be available after 9 p.m. Sunday thru Thursday or after 5 p.m. on Friday. Username and password lookups/resets can only be completed by a full time staff member or access our 24 hour Account Self-Service portal.
