Financial Services Mission
Our mission is to support and enhance the primary teaching research and service mission of Chapman University by ensuring personalized financial, logistical and administrative support; maintaining and enhancing the university's infrastructure, financial data and fiduciary services in an ethical and responsible manner.
- The Financial Services department includes Grants and Contracts, General Accounting, Endowment Management, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.
- The Student Business Services includes the Business Office and the Cashier's Office.
- Purchasing and University Services include General Purchasing and Receiving, Shipping and the Mail Room.
All departments and their dedicated staff serve as an integral part of the policy making and management of the university's investments and fixed assets; as well as providing university financial reporting and ensuring other regulatory compliance.
