The data presented in the Fact Book are intended to provide a comprehensive overview of Chapman University at a specific point in time. A new issue is available each academic year.
The Fact Book contains an extensive profile of the University's history, philosophy, and organizational structure as well as admissions, enrollment, graduation, faculty, and staff data. The enrollment and/or headcount data provided in the Fact Book are a "snapshot" of the official Fall census date and reflect many of the common data definitions put forward by the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data Survey (IPEDS). The primary audience of the Fact Book is the Chapman University community and it is meant to be used as a resource or a reference for on-campus users who are in need of current, reliable, and uniform institutional data.
Hard copies of the Fact Book are also available on reserve at the Leatherby Libraries.
